Kuuzoo 1abd1fb5b4 Only show Default Inventory if Config enabled. 
On Itme Remove/Add the Default Inventory will now only show if enabled in the es_extended Config!

Linden 0278f26c17 fix(esx/client): delay esx:onPlayerJoined event 
Race conditions were introduced due to a mix of FiveM's updated scheduling and the swap to oxmysql responding faster than the client can load.

This should alleviate the issue, though a more solid solution should be found.

Linden f4d7991b10 refactor(esx): various changes 
Minor improvements to spawning.
Moved internal variables out of the ESX namespace.
SavePlayer function now uses a prepared statement.
Replaced bulk SavePlayers query with prepared statements.
Cleaned up newPlayer/loadPlayer queries.
Player load and creation functions use prepared statements.
Removed async dependency.
