The system has been changed, so that you will first enter a 'respawn available in x' timer, then after that a bleedout timer will appear.

Refactored vehicle list to config ( closes #37 ), fixed restarting script, code improvements
...
- A lot of minor changes here aswell, for example proper aligment, the menu wont close if you don't have a medkit when attempting to revive players
- Moved to four space (tab) indents
- Proper i18n formatting
