ElPumpo bac6df219d Refactored vehicle list to config (closes #37 ), fixed restarting script, code improvements

- A lot of minor changes here aswell, for example proper aligment, the menu wont close if you don't have a medkit when attempting to revive players
- Moved to four space (tab) indents
- Proper i18n formatting

[REQUIREMENTS]

Auto mode
- esx_skin
Player management (boss actions There is no way to earn money for now)
- esx_society

[INSTALLATION]

CD in your resources/[esx] folder
Clone the repository

git clone [esx_ambulancejob](https://github.com/ESX-Org/esx_ambulancejob)

Import esx_ambulancejob.sql in your database
Add this in your server.cfg :

start esx_ambulancejob

- If you want player management you have to set Config.EnablePlayerManagement to true in config.lua
