fix(es_extended/client/functions.lua) Livery Mod Get/Set-VehicleProperties
...
Natives "GetVehicleLivery" and "SetVehicleLivery" doesn't work anymore.
Replaced broken natives in "ESX.Game.GetVehicleProperties" and "ESX.Game.SetVehicleProperties" with "GetVehicleMod" and "SetVehicleMod" with modType 48
