Fix es.lua
...
- Missing ['not_right_place']
- Fixed google translated ['flat_bed'] as "sleeping bed" in spanish "Cama plana" . Now as "Plataforma" which is the correct meaning of the flat_bed truck
- ['hijack'] was translated as "kidnap" in spanish "Secuestrar". Now as "Forzar" most similar word to hijack in spanish
- ['imp_veh'] "Confiscar" changed to "Incautar" which is a more acceptable translation
- ['craft'] "Craftear" doesn't exist in the spanish language. The correct translation is "Fabricar"
- Removed the ~r~, that are not in the original english translation

Replaced broken natives in "ESX.Game.GetVehicleProperties" and "ESX.Game.SetVehicleProperties" with "GetVehicleMod" and "SetVehicleMod" with modType 48
