because registerType instance garage it call a function when "script instance" running setup script.
we should wait script "instance" loaded or setup successfully 
and we will be able to execute the "register instance type" function

Linden 0278f26c17 fix(esx/client): delay esx:onPlayerJoined event 
Race conditions were introduced due to a mix of FiveM's updated scheduling and the swap to oxmysql responding faster than the client can load.

This should alleviate the issue, though a more solid solution should be found.
