Add Missing Weapons/Comps & Jenkins GetHashKey

This adds all of the missing weapons and matching components to the weapons config.
This also switches all the GetHashKey native commands to compiletime Jenkins hashes.
They function the same, but are about 75% faster than GetHashKey.
