Added code for the new esx code to put an end to the skin menu showing at the same time as the registration menu. Also made skin receive input from esx_identity as to when it should open that skin menu, to stop all of this.

Using fvm
fvm install --save --folder=esx esx-org/esx_skin
Using Git
cd resources
git clone https://github.com/ESX-Org/esx_skin [esx]/esx_skin
Manually
- Download https://github.com/ESX-Org/esx_skin/archive/master.zip
- Put it in the
[esx]directory
Installation
- Import
esx_skin.sqlto your database - Add this in your
server.cfg:
start esx_skin
