fix: improper mysql parameters or api usage

Some queries used incorrect order for parameters or were using MySQL.query instead of MySQL.update.
Removed empty tables.
License removal did not get the correct player identifier.

Minor improvements to spawning.
Moved internal variables out of the ESX namespace.
SavePlayer function now uses a prepared statement.
Replaced bulk SavePlayers query with prepared statements.
Cleaned up newPlayer/loadPlayer queries.
Player load and creation functions use prepared statements.
Removed async dependency.
