ENH - rebuild Picstagram with SKYUI

Browse Source 
Replace the legacy Konsta-based layout at its source with SKYUI components and responsive app-specific styling. Add media creation, profile and social improvements, comment reactions and replies, plus Activity and phone notification delivery with the required database migration.
