ENH - redesign VaultX as premium exchange

Rebuild the portfolio, market, activity, asset-detail, and profile surfaces with a denser premium hierarchy and richer data visualization. Remove manual refresh controls, retain server-authoritative financial flows, and add localized allocation copy plus regression coverage.
