FIX - polish CrewLink authentication UI

Align authentication fields and the animated mode switch, constrain profile images to their square avatar surface, center the ping badge, and keep regular browser fixtures authenticated. The issues came from competing shared control styles, replaced-image sizing inside the avatar grid, and mismatched badge dimensions.
