fixed changing session name and editing tmux.conf while scripts running, both can be done, but wait at least 5 sec before running .start.sh to reconnect to the session, it may start another session with new name

added startup sleep to allow tmux to create all panes before continuing, set to 15 seconds, seems even 10 seconds still allowing errors on some systems, moves it before the db initial queries

increased monitor loop sleep tp 5 sec to reduce its load, increased initial sleep to allow response from db and for all panes to be created

changes the way monitor runs, the monitor sleep timer has been changed and now only starts the db query, the monit loop is ~ 2 sec, on loops when sb is not queries, theis should make it more responsive but may cause flickering

adding logging, each pane logs to it's own file in the log folder, added timer watch for releases, if no new releases in x minutes, cycle or kill binaries, backfill and imports. Added pane titles. Added version number.
