Removed the two nntp option, removed optimization as it never worked as intended
...
Changed tmux windows, removed the 32 pp panes and left only one. If you
want to continue using the two nntp providers stay with previous
version.

Removed deletion of crossposted releases as nn+ now supports that function
...
Added a tweaked version of removeCrapReleases.php to monitor. Will be
reorganizing tmux to remove panes that are not used and optimize the
layout to be much simpler.

removed config.sh from parsing in all scripts, changed processing the categories to run 0, 1 or 2, by request, changed nzb-import maxthreads to 5, reduces load significantly, with no loss in performance, added some output to truncate/reset scripts
