removed config.sh from parsing in all scripts, changed processing the categories to run 0, 1 or 2, by request, changed nzb-import maxthreads to 5, reduces load significantly, with no loss in performance, added some output to truncate/reset scripts

added option to use second nntp provider, added script to reset/truncate when changeing providers
