removed config.sh from parsing in all scripts, changed processing the categories to run 0, 1 or 2, by request, changed nzb-import maxthreads to 5, reduces load significantly, with no loss in performance, added some output to truncate/reset scripts

changes the way monitor runs, the monitor sleep timer has been changed and now only starts the db query, the monit loop is ~ 2 sec, on loops when sb is not queries, theis should make it more responsive but may cause flickering

moved edit_these.sh to conifg.sh - copy to defaults.sh, fixed issue with folders not counting properly after changing while running, randomized the color output, added svn stats to the powerline status bar, removed optimize_myisam from update_releases, combined all optimize scripts

some minor to tweaks to queries, added user editable powerline default.sh, removed incorrect symbol from mem display, added my.cnf to store db password, so not displayed in ps and htop, moved extra scripts to script folder
