adding logging, each pane logs to it's own file in the log folder, added timer watch for releases, if no new releases in x minutes, cycle or kill binaries, backfill and imports. Added pane titles. Added version number.

changed script to kill mediainfo/ffmpeg, changed its timer from minutes to seconds, added progressive sleep delay to start of each postprocess, to all time for each to get clean set of releases to work on
