moved edit_these.sh to conifg.sh - copy to defaults.sh, fixed issue with folders not counting properly after changing while running, randomized the color output, added svn stats to the powerline status bar, removed optimize_myisam from update_releases, combined all optimize scripts

some minor to tweaks to queries, added user editable powerline default.sh, removed incorrect symbol from mem display, added my.cnf to store db password, so not displayed in ps and htop, moved extra scripts to script folder

added shutdown to the script, you can change anything in edit_these
...
during execution and the changed will take affect during the next cycle
I add timer variables, so you can slow it down or speed it without
having to shut it down.
