ElPumpo 8e0320be7a Major script improvements, see desc 
- Moved zone to avoid problems with existing objects in the area
- Removed possiblity to repair, clean & more from inside vehicles, and made sure only one action can be performed at the time
- Added missing locale
- General code improvements
